Refund policy

Billing

PestRoute is US$99 per month, flat, per firm, billed monthly through Stripe.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from the billing portal or by writing to support@pestroute.app. We refund the current month in full if you cancel within 14 days of a charge, and pro-rata for any month where the service was unavailable for more than 48 hours due to our fault. Failed payments are retried for 7 days with notice; after that the account becomes read-only until payment succeeds. Records are kept while the account is open and deleted within 30 days of cancellation on request.
